Returns and Exchanges

  • Vale and Ward offer exchange or a credit note on any items you aren’t happy with.
  • If you wish to return your purchase for an exchange or credit please contact Vale and Ward at info@valeandward.com.au within seven (7) days of receiving the package.
  • Vale and Ward is committed to providing the highest quality products to our customers. We thoroughly check all goods prior to delivery, however in the unlikely case your item is faulty, Vale and Ward will replace the item for you.
  • In the case that replacement of a faulty item is not possible, you can choose another item of equal value.
  • In the case that there is no suitable replacement Vale and Ward will refund the cost of the faulty item.
  • Vale and Ward do not offer returns, credit notes or exchanges on sale items.
  • Returns will not be accepted after 14 days from delivery date.
  • Returned items must be sent via Express Post to the following address:

  • All items must then be returned to us in original condition with all tags attached and the accompanying invoice and must not have been worn, altered or washed.
  • Vale and Ward reserves the right to refuse returns if the merchandise does not meet our return policy requirements.
  • Credits notes are valid for three (3) months only from the date of purchase and are valid for use via our online store only. After this period has elapsed, credit notes become null and void.
  • Vale and Ward does not accept credit notes issued by third parties, including our stockists.
  • Vale and Ward accepts no responsibility for shipping costs relating to exchanges and these charges will be paid in full by the customer.
  • Where a return from the customer to Vale and Ward is not delivered, it is the responsibility of the customer to bear any losses as a result of the lost package, therefore, it is essential that all returns are sent back to Vale and Ward via registered post with tracking facilities.
  • Vale and Ward will refund shipping costs for all items returned as a result of our error or damaged/faulty merchandise, providing the returned items are found to meet with our returns policy requirements.
